2 pounds Fresh boneless Loin Roast
2/3 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Wash hands. Combine maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl. spread evenly over pork roast; place in shallow roasting pan. Roast pork 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes or until done
