1-1/2 lbs. hamburger
chopped onion
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large can stewed tomatoes
1 can black olives, sliced
1 small can of mushrooms, sliced
1 can enchilada sauce
1 pkg 10" tortillas
1 pkg taco cheese, shredded

Brown hamburger with onions. Drain. Add taco seasonings, soup, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms and enchilada sauce. Layer tortillas and meat mixture like you do lasagna, ending with the meat. Put some cheese between layers.

Cover with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove tin foil and top with remaining cheese and bake 15 minutes more.
