1- 3to 4 lb. whole broiler/fryer chicken
salt
pepper
paprika
garlic salt (optional)
1- 6 oz. tomato paste
cup of beer (4ozs.)
1-3oz. jar stuffed olives with liquid

Directions:
Directions:
Season washed chicken with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt, desired. Place in crock-pot. Mix tomato paste and beer together and pour over chicken. Add olives. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. (high 3 - 4 hours). Serve over rice or noodles.
