1 c chopped onion
3/4 c chopped bell pepper
1 clove garlic, diced
1 lb uncooked shrimp or crawfish
1 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
(or any other creamed soup-also tomato)
3 c cooked rice
2 tsp chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 slices white bread soaked in 1/2 c milk and 1/2 tsp paparika.

Saute veggies in oleo. Stir in shrimp and cook for 3 minutes. Add soup and other ingredients. Mix well and pour in buttered dish. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
