1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 onion, chopped up
2 sticks celery, cut small
1 small can diced tomatoes
˝ can green beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
2/3 Cup of sauerkraut, drained
˝ -1 tsp. thyme
1-2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt

Brown hamburger most of the way; add onion and celery and sauté until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for ˝ hour or so. Sliced cabbage may be substituted for the sauerkraut.
