2 cups cooked chicken
1 can fat free chicken broth
1 cup cooked rice
2/3 cup mayonnaise
/2 cup celery chopped
1-8oz. can water chestnuts
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 onion chopped
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. old bay seasoning
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
2 cups potato chips partially crushed.

Preheat oven to 400. in a large bowl combine the chicken broth and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add the cooked rice, chicken, water chestnuts, celery, lemon juice, and spices. Put in a baking dish and top with the cheese and poatao chips last. Bake until cheese is melted and potato chips are brown. Approx. 25-30 min.
