1 Pkg. Caramels ~ about 50
1/3 c. Evaporated Milk
3/4 c. Margarine
1/3 c. Evaporated Milk
1 Pkg. Chocolate Cake Mix
1 c. Chopped Pecans
1 c. Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk in saucepan; set aside. Melt margarine with 1/3 cup evaporated milk in saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in cake mix and pecans. Pat half the pecan mixture into greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 6 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips; spread melted caramel mixture over chips. Pat remaining pecan mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 ~ 18 minutes longer. Let cool.
