Sauce

1 lb Italian sausage (1 Tbsp flour
goes with cooking the sausage
1 med onion chopped
¼ c green pepper
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 to ½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp fennel seed crushed if wanted
1 pkg. pepperoni
(add to meat mixture)
Sliced black olives
Bring to a boil, transfer to
un-greased 13 x 9 dish
Sprinkle with 2 c sharp
Mozzarella cheese & some yellow cheese (for color).
Crust:

2 eggs beaten
1 Tbsp vegetable or olive oil
1 c milk
½ salt
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Beat in 1 c flour until smooth; pour over meat & cheese mixture. Bake uncovered at 425 degree for 25–30 minutes, until browned. Can double recipe (double everything) use 2 cans tomato sauce or 1 can diced tomatoes & 1 tomato sauce.
