4 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick softened butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. evaporated milk

1 c. pecans, chopped
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 stick butter

Stir together sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, salt and evaporated milk until creamy. Pour mixture into a casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
For topping: melt butter and stir in flour, brown sugar and pecans. Crumble over top of casserole. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
