11/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (24 oz) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup water
1 can french onion soup
1 tsp. garlic
1 (16 oz) cottage cheese
4 cups mozzarella cheese
8 oz. lasagna noodles, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and garlic; drain. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, french onion soup, oregano, salt and water. Mix cheeses together. Layer in the crockpot. 1st layer: 1/4 meat sauce. 2nd layer: 1/3 noodles, broken up for them to fit. 3rd layer: 1/3 cheese mixture. Repeat 3 times. Make sure last layer is meat sauce. Cook on low 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
