1 can chunk pineapple, drain but reserve juice
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
3 apples, cut into chunks
2 c. grapes, sliced (if desired)
Maraschino cherries, drained
3 bananas (sliced)
1 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. sugar
2-3 Tbsp cornstarch
3-4 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Put pineapple chunks, oranges, apples, cherries, banana and grapes into a bowl. Prepare dressing by bringing pineapple juice to a boil. Add sugar, cornstarch, orange juice. Let thicken. Add lemon juice and let cool. Pour over fruit.
