1 lb - bulk pork sausage
1 c. - shredded cheddar cheese (4oz)
1 c. - shredded monterey jack cheese ( 4oz)
1/2 c. - finely chopped onion
1 can - chopped green chilies (optional)
1 T - minced jalapeno peppers (optional)
10 - eggs
1 tsp. - chili powder
1 tsp. - ground cumin
1 tsp. - salt
1/2 tsp. - garlic powder
1/2 tsp. - pepper

Preheat oven to 375
In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink; drain, place in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer with cheeses, onion, chilies and jalapeno. In bowl, beat eggs and seasonings. Pour over cheese. Bake uncovered for 13-22 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
