1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
7 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup Hot water

In large bowl mix 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 3 tbsp. cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Stir in butter and vanilla. Beat till smooth. Pour batter into 9 inch baking dish. Stir remaining 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar, and 4 tbsp. cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour water over top and DO NOT stir. Bake in 350 oven for 35-40 minutes until center is set.
Cool 15 minutes and spoon into desert cups. Spoon sauce over top of cake and serve with ice cream.
