4 lbs spareribs in serving-sized pieces
1 Tbsp butter
1 clove garlic, minced
½ c catsup
1/3 c chili sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp celery seed
¼ tsp salt
Dash Tabasco
3 thin lemon slices

Directions:
Simmer ribs in salted water until tender (about 1 hour). Cook garlic in butter 4 -5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Place drained ribs in shallow pan and cover with sauce. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, basting often.
