1 lb. sausage,
2 cups biscuit mix,
1 lb. sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Partially pre-cook sausage and drain away fat. Melt cheese. Add biscuit mix and sausage. Roll into walnut size pieces. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Makes about 30 cookies. These can be frozen and consumed as desired.
