3 cups flour
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 cups grated zucchini
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 /2 cup raisins

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Combine eggs, oil, butter and extracts and mix well. Stir into dry ingredients, just until moistened. Fold in zucchini, pecans and raisins.
Pour into 3 greased 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pans. Bake in 350 oven for 55-60 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
