1 lb. dates, cut up
1-1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 -

Beat eggs and add sugar gradually, then add the rest of the ingredients

Pour into a greased 10 x 15" pan and bake for 30 minutes - sprinkle with confectioners' sugar
