1 Lb. Macaroni
1 Lrg. Green Pepper
1 Med. Onion
4 Shredded Carrots
1 Cn Eagle Brand Milk
1 C. Vinegar
1 C. Sugar
2 Cups Mayonaise
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper

Cook Macaroni As Directed......Drain & Cool
Chop Veggies.......Pour Over Macaroni
Combine Milk, Sugar, Mayo, Vinegar, Salt & Pepper
Pour Over Macaroni & Veggies

Mix Thouroughly......Cover & CHILL At Least Four (4) Hours
