1 1/2 lb chicken livers
2 TBS lemon juice
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. olive oil (Wesson may be used)
1/2 c. sherry
2 c. hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Pour lemon juice over livers, roll in flour and saute gently in oil. When done add wine, cover pan and cook slowly over low heat for 5 mins. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over hot rice.
