2 pieces bread
4 c. cooked chopped chicken
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Enough sharp cheese to cover a layer
4 eggs beaten with 2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med can sliced pimentoes
buttered bread crumbs

Line casserole with bread and layer the chicken, mushrooms and water chestnuts over bread. Cover with cheese and dot with butter. Combine remaining ingredients, except buttered bread crumbs, and layer.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. covered. Take cover off and cover with buttered bread crumbs and bake 15 mins longer.
