1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. ground sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbl. milk
3 tbl. parsley
2 tbl. olive oil
2 tbl. finely chopped green onion
course salt

Combine (in a food processor if possible) the flour, sage, salt and pepper, process until just mixed.

Add milk, parsley, oil, and green onions. Mix well (dough will look crumbly). Form dough into a ball.

Transfer dough to a floured surface and flatten to a rectangle. Roll out to a 12 x 9 rectangle, about 1/16th of an inch thick, trim edges even. Prick dough all over. Cut into 2 x 1 inch rectangles.

Transfer to an ungreased baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.

Bake in a 325 oven for 18 to 20 minutes or just until crackers start to brown and are firm to the touch.
