4 pork chops

Marinade:
¼ c red wine vinegar
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp lemon zest
1 ½ tsp dijon mustard
½ tsp salt
½ c olive oil

Beans:
1 can (15 ½ oz.) White beans
1/8 c olive oil
1 c each diced onions and carrots
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 ½ c chicken broth
½ c diced plum tomatoes
peeled and seeded
2 dried sage leaves, chopped
1/8 c chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients in a bow. Add the chops; toss well, leave it at least one hour. Grill chops over medium-hot burned or grill, brushing with marinade, until done. Rinse and drain the beans, heat oil over low heat in a pot, add onions, carrots and garlic; cook for 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat for 12 minutes. Serve as a side dish with chops.
