4 ripe Hass avocados, diced Juice from 1-2 lemons 2 Roma tomatoes, diced 1/2 onion, diced fine 1 clove of garlic, minced 1 Serrano chili pepper, minced 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
Mix avocados with the lemon juice. Add the remaining ingredients, mashing the avocado as you mix.
