14 oz. Kraft caramels
1/3 cup Pet milk
Chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup butter
1/3 cup Pet milk
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels and milk. Mix cake mix, butter and milk and press 1/2 (reserve other 1/2) into 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 6 minutes. Layer chocolate chips and caramel mix and dough on top. Bake another 15-18 minutes.
