1/2 c chopped walnuts 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter cut into pieces 3 med zucchini sliced 1/2" thick 1/2 t nutmeg, freshly grated or ground Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season chops with salt and pepper. Add 1 t olive oil to skillet. Place chops in skillet, seat on both sides to caramelize. Place loose foil tent over pan, transfer chops to oven, cook 7-8 minutes until the meat is firm, but not tough.
