4 cups rhubarb sliced 1" pieces
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1-1/3 cup Bisquick mix
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rhubarb, 1 cup sugar and water. Place in tightly covered skillet cook 10 minutes over medium heat.

Combine Bisquick, 2 tablespoons sugar and milk. Blend well. Drop dough about 6 dumplings on boiling rhubarb. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
