2 lbs. country style hash browns 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 2 c. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. chopped onions salt & pepper to taste 1/3 c. butter 2 c. crushed corn flakes
Stir all ingredients together except butter & corn flakes. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Top with corn flakes mixed with butter. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
