Ingredients:
1 egg per person
1 slice of bread per person
Butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut hole in the center of each slice of bread with a biscuit cutter. Trim crusts, if desired. Heat nonstick frying pan over medium heat and add pat of butter. When butter is melted place bread in pan. Crack egg and drop into hole in bread. Brown cut out circle as you cook egg. When egg has begun to set, turn over and cook on other side. Cook until as done as desired . I usually cook only one serving at a time, but with a large frying pan, you may do several.

Personal Notes:
This has always been a kids' favorite in our family. Grownups like this too. With just a little supervision, youngsters can even learn to fix their own breakfast.
