1 green pepper, chopped
1 can shoe peg corn
3 stalks celery, cut fine
1 small head cauliflower, cut fine
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 shredded carrots
1 can bean sprouts
1 can mushrooms, sliced thin
1 onion, chopped fine
1 can French green beans
1 small jar pimentos


1 cup oil
2 cups vinegar
2 cups sugar
Dash of garlic powder

Drain salad ingredients and mix together. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
