2 pieces of ham
small handful of taco mixed cheese
1 soft taco shell
mayonnaise
Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs in bowl and beat until somewhat of a solid yellow. Put eggs in ungreased or sprayed skillet. Scramble eggs in pan until fluffy and yellow. Spread mayonnaise on shell. Put your ham on the shell, then the cheese. Carefully put the scrambled eggs on the shell. Then roll the shell.
