4 cups fresh rhubarb 1 inch slices
1 cup water
1 cup sugar

Directions:

Combine and place in tightly covered skillet. Cook 10 minutes over medium heat.

1/3 cup biscuit mix - 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 cup milk. Combine and blend well. Drop dough about 6 dumplings on boiling rhubarb. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
