1 lb. velvetta cheese
1 small can chopped green chilis
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 lb. cooked and drained ground beef
4 oz. salsa
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can sliced black or green olives
chopped tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the velvetta cheese in pan, and add the green chilis. Put this in serving dish and let cool. Spread with the sour cream, and sprinkle with the garlic powder. Spread the ground beef and salsa on top of this. Put grated cheese, olives, tomatoes, etc., whatever you like on top.. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
