2 large eggs, beaten until foamy
1 cup salad oil
Blend in 2 cups sugar, add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Blend.

Add
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Batter will be thick. Gently stir in 1/2 cup nuts and 4 cups thinly chopped or sliced apples. Bake 350 degrees in greased/ floured 9” x 13” pan for 50-60 minutes.

Frosting:

Beat 3 ounces cream cheese, 1/3 stick butter, 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, spread on cake when cool.
