12 eggs
4 c sugar
1 lb butter
10 c flour
5 tsp corn oil
1 tsp salt
4 Tbsp vanilla
2 Tbsp lemon extract
1 oz almond extract
1 ½ oz anise extract or 2 grams of anise oil

Directions:
Directions:
Melt and cool butter. Beat eggs, add sugar beat, add butter and beat again. Add salt, vanilla, lemon, almond, and anise. Mix well. Add corn oil and mix again. Add flour a little at a time. Mix to soft dough consistency. Drop by teaspoon onto hot pizzelle iron.Cook for 30–60 seconds depending on the size of cookie you want. Amount of flour may vary, size of eggs has a lot to do with it.
