1/2 c butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 well beaten egg
3 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In small sauce pan, combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring cnstantly just until mixture comes to a boil. Makes about 1 1/2 cup.
