1 stick of butter (room temperature)
1 c flour
1 c pecans (chopped finely)
touch of sugar

8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1 c confectionary sugar
1 c cool whip

2 boxes of instant butterscotch pudding--
3 c milk

First-mix together and bake in 13 x 9 glass dish for 20 minutes at 325. COOL

Second-add ingredients on top after cooling

Third-mix instant pudding with 3 cups of milk. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with coconut if desired. Make night before and refrigerate.
