11/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, softened
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon chocolate extract, if desired
2 egg whites or 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
3 cups quick-cooking oats
11/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix sugar, margarine, yogurt, water, vanilla, chocolate extract and egg whites in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until almost no indentation remains when touched.
