1 can chili with beans
2 c. sharp chedder cheese, grated
1 large, 12 oz. bag of Doritos (save 2 cups for topping)
10-15 oz. enchilada sauce
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 T. onion, grated
1 1/4 c. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Set aside 1/2 c. grated cheese, 1/3 of Dorito's bag, and sour cream. Crumble 6 c. of Dorito's. Mix rest of the ingredients, except topping. Put into 8"x11" casserole. Bake 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Remove from oven, and spread on sour cream. Cover with Dorito's, and sprinkle with 1/2 c. cheese. Bake additional 5 minutes and serve.
