Hummingbird Cake Recipe

Sift together:
In another bowl combine:
3 cups flour
3 beaten eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup applesauce
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup crushed pineapple

2 cups chopped bananas

1 cup chopped pecans


8 oz softened cream cheese

1/2 cup margarine

1 1.2 Lb 10X sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Stir all cake ingredients together by hand, no mixer, until well mixed. Bake in a greased 13" X 9" pan at 325F for one hour.
Mix the frosting ingredients together and spread on cooled cake. - Enjoy!!
