1 (1 lb.) roll Bob Evans Original Recipe Sausage
8 eggs
10 slices bread, cubed (about 10 c.)
3 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (about 8 oz.)
2 tbsp. margerine; melted
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt

1. In large skillet, brown sausage; drain.
2. In large bowl, beat eggs, add remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. Spoon into greased 9 x 13 in. baking pan, cover and refrigerate for 8 hrs. or overnight.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. Uncover and bake for 60-70 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
6. Refrigerate leftovers.
