1 -5 lb. bag of Yukon Gold Potatoes
1 whole fresh garlic pod
1 T. olive oil
1 c. 1% milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel skin from outside of garlic pod. Cut a small piece of foil (about 10 in.). Place in a baking dish and put the garlic pod in the center of it. Pour the olive oil over the garlic pod and wrap it up in the foil.
Bake it in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour. Wash potatoes (leave skin on), cut in quarters and boil until tender. Mash potatoes with 1 c. warm milk. Squeeze the cooked garlic out of the pod into the mashed potatoes and add salt to taste.
