1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 onion chopped
2 T butter
1 cup white rice
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 lemon or 1 T lemon juice
1 cup grater cheddar cheese (medium)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to directions with the chopped onions (don't overcook). Drain and while still hot add 2 T butter. While broccoli is cooking, boil 1 c. rice until barely tender. Blanche. In a 2 quart casserole combine the broccoli and rice with the chicken soup and the sour cream. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon over all. Now cover with grated cheddar cheese.
