1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped onion
2 lbs sausage
2 quarts chicken broth
1 head cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetables until cooked with butter. Dice 2 lbs sausage cook in separate pan. Add 2 quarts chicken broth to vegetables. Shred 1 head cabbage and add to vegetables, simmer until cooked. Add sausage, & salt and pepper to taste.
