16 oz pkg. coleslaw
1 tsp celery seed
1 brunch chopped green onions
or ¾ c chopped red onion
½ c chopped green pepper
½ c chopped red pepper
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2-3 oz pkg. Ramen noodles
(chicken flavor)
1 heaping c salted sunflower seeds
¾ c sugar
1 c liquid corn oil or extra virgin olive oil
½ c cider vinegar (dark)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry coleslaw, chopped peppers, onions & sunflower seeds in a bowl and mix well. Remove seasoning packets from ramen noodles. With hands break up and separate ramen noodles into small pieces into coleslaw bowl. With spatula, mix noodles into coleslaw. In separate bowl, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and 2 season packets. Mix well until sugar is dissolved. Pour over coleslaw mixture and mix & toss until all coleslaw is coated. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Re-mix several times before serving to keep coleslaw coated with dressing.
