2 c. ketchup, 1 quart water, 1 c. cider vinegar,1/4 c. Worcestershire, juice of 1 lemon, 1/4 c. dark brown sugar, 1/4 c. chili powder, 2 tb. paprika, 3 cloves mashed garlic, salt to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a pot. Bring to a lsow rolling boil and cook until thickened, 25-30 minutes.Keep a close eye on the sauce and stir frequently to prevent scorching.. Strain garlic from sauce and discard. Refrigerate in a covered container for 2 days to allow flavors to blend.
