Personal Notes:
This is Shelby "What a hunk!" Scott's brisket recipe. Shelby received rave reviews when he served this to some of the Thorson, Maxwell, Hustak, and Marshall clan at Jamie's house. The brisket comes out moist, tender and delicious!
