4-5 lbs of Beef back ribs trimmed
Boiling water to cover
Bay leaf
4 cloves of garlic
Tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
Fresh lemon
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 onions chopped
2 Tbs of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Trim the ribs and place in a large kettle and add the salt, pepper, garlic, and bay leaves. Cover the ribs with boiling water and bring them to a boil. Reduce heat and cook the ribs for 1 hour. Remove the ribs from the water and place them on a cookie sheet. They are now ready to grill. In a large sauce pan saute the onions in the butter until they are caramelized. Add the prepared BBQ sauce, brown sugar, juice from 1/2 the lemon, 1 cup of the broth from cooking the ribs. and bring to a boil.
Place the ribs on the hot grill and grill until they are brown on both sides. When you are just about ready to take them off start brushing on the sauce and turn them. and coat the other side. Do this for two complete revolutions. Let the sauce just cook enough to stick on the meat. ( do not burn)
