2 c flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
2 tsp grated orange peel
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c oil
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 ½ c cranberries
1 ½ c chopped walnuts
1 c sugar
½ tsp soda
1 ½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp ginger
¾ c orange juice
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and spices. Stir in liquids and eggs till moist. Place cranberries and walnuts in food processor. Fold into batter. Pour batter into greased muffin tin. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
