2 lbs raw pork roast
cubed and trimmed fat free
2 to 3 tsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 large onions, chopped
1 tsp cumin
¾ tsp garlic powder
2 7oz cans green chilies
1 qt chicken broth
1 qt water
1 tsp jalapeno pepper
1 10oz can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork roast, onions with salt and pepper in a large pot. Add cumin, garlic powder, green chilies, Rotel tomatoes, chicken broth, water and jalapeno pepper, (you can add more jalapeno pepper if you like it hotter.) Simmer 11/2 hours, thicken with cornstarch, make this recipe a day before you need it and reheat.
