1 T olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves minced
11/2 cups chopped zucchini
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped green pepper
4 cups chopped tomatoes
about 1 3/4 pounds
1 T chili powder
1 t Old Bay seasoning
1/4 t black pepper
2 (5.5 oz.) cans spicy
-hot vegetable juice
1 l5 oz. can black beans
1 l5 oz, can kidney beans
1 jalapeno pepper, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a Dutch oven, add onion and garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Add zucchini and bell peppers, cook 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients (drain beans before adding), stirring well to combine. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
